My next step: Move -- Transition -- Settle Today Creative Fiber Designs and I are going back to designing and education. What better place to go than the historic mill building in Brandon called The Granary. The Granary is the design studio home to many of Brandon's artists and eclectic group of small businesses. Kathy and I will be taking the next week and a half to move, transition and settle in. We will not be shipping from the online store during this period of time. Considering the design focus of the Granary we will no longer be hosting regular customer hours. However we will be hosting open studio times, and I will keep you posted with those dates and times begin. As I have said, I am going to take the winter to earn some certifications and design. I hope to have some of my new "designs" available in March 2018. I will continue to update everyone with my progress and when you can come visit! Thank you to those who participated in our White Elephant sale. We had fun bringing the last of our eclectic items out from the closets, drawers and cubby holes! I'll see you here on Facebook soon! Check in regularly for updates! Regards, Maria

LITTLE ABOUT US

We have a strong background in creative fabric and fiber crafting, with over forty years of hands-on, multigenerational training in crocheting, knitting, sewing, needlework, beading and weaving. Design education began with exposure to the New York garment industry’s millinery segment, and our garment construction and tailoring experience (collaboration with S.E.W. Couture) lends itself to the form, fit, and function of each treasure we create. Our staff carries like talents that also includes quilting, bag making, and more. We design, consult, and educate.
